We are pleased to announce that following a period of significant growth, we incorporated Ancestry.com Europe S.à.r.l. earlier this year, which will be responsible for dealing with customers in our existing International business.

All subscribers and registered and unregistered visitors to www.ancestry.ca who sign up on or after December 1, 2011 will be subject to Ancestry.com Europe S.à r.l.’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Community Rules & Guidelines.
Terms and Conditions, Website Privacy Statement for existing subscribers, and registered and unregistered visitors
From December 1, 2011, all existing Canadian subscribers and registered and unregistered visitors to www.ancestry.ca will be transferred from the current contracting party, Ancestry.com Operations Inc., to Ancestry.com Europe S.à r.l. For those holding subscriptions, all existing legal terms will continue to apply throughout the remainder of their respective current subscription periods and the current contracting party (Ancestry.com Operations Inc.) will remain fully responsible under the existing contracts. At the end of their current subscription period, all existing Canadian subscribers will move on to Ancestry.com Europe S.à r.l.'s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Community Rules & Guidelines, when they renew their subscription, unless they opt-out.
