Hello all. I'm a relatively new user to Ancestry. I've been researching my family tree for a month or so. The thing is, I've seen at least two other trees on the same family. I've contacted the members and they've added me as a contributor so I can see the living people in the tree.
What I REALLY want to do now is copy a person and everyone BELOW their generation to my tree (the person exists in my tree...just not the descendants). I've tried going to the person on the other tree and then clicking "SAVE TO MY TREE" from the tools menu, but when the comparison wizard comes up, I don't get the option to save the children of that person. Even if I can just get that person and ALL of their kids, that would speed things up.
Is this possible?
Thanks in advance.
