Hi, I called Ancestry first and waited on the line for over 30 minutes. After verification that my account did indeed reflect what I bought they gave me a number to call fold3 directly. After calling fold3 I went to a message that either let me leave a message for call back or I could email my query. I chose to email. They replied to my email but still have not resolved the issue.
I am posting this so that others that are having this issue may find it.
