Ideas or just observations? The image is of a signet ring which shows the design in reverse. When looked at the proper way it would be a shield with a bend and a rampant Lion in the sinister portion and a Fleur-de-Lys in the dexter part. The particular Bend partition (which is somewhat rare) is blazoned as as 'Barry indented point in point'. A mirrored image is attached herewith. A similar design (Azure a Bend Barry indented Or and Gules) is registered in the surname of BRACY.
The crest, which is what you originally enquired about, I would blazon as 'a demi-Lion rampant holding in both forepaws a Baton palewise'. Unfortunately, the demi -Lion in different configurations is one of the most prolific of crests to be found in heraldry and I couldn't specifically identify it.
