Hi there Heidi.
I've spent some considerable time trying to come up with something for you but without any luck. Records from that region of Eastern Europe are hard to come by, especially heraldic ones.
With those photos that you sent, the first photo is certainly the right style for that region of Europe. However, one can't see from the photo any indications of the colours employed in the arms. I would suggest that the three hills might be green [Vert], the bird black [Sable] possibly with yellow legs and the sky either red [Gules] or blue (Azure). The ring in its beak could be any tincture, but more likely to be gold [Or]. I haven't been able to hone in on anything further at this stage.
With the second photo, it relates to something that occurred on 1st May 1755. I can't decipher the remainder.
