A Robillard family household of at least 13 members residing in the district of Joliette was recorded in 1901. The head of household, Olivier Robillard, was born in Quebec in 1857. He identified his heritage as French. By 1901, at the age of 44, he had an occupation that was recorded as "Farmer". Olivier's wife was Adeline Robillard, who was 39 years old. Adeline was born in Quebec in 1861. She also identified her heritage as French. Olivier and Adeline had 11 children, 6 boys and 5 girls. In 1883 their eldest child, a boy named Joseph, was born. One year later, in 1884, when Olivier was 27 years old and Adeline was 23 years old their second son, who was named Eustache, was born. Then, in 1886, with their two older sons ages 3 years and 2 years, their third child, Anna, was born. In 1901 another son, their fourth child and third boy, Zotique, was born. With four other children in the household, their fifth child and fourth boy, Médard, was born in 1889.
