This collection contains the names of about 700 Jews who were still living in the Baden area as of October 22, 1940. Eventually, some of these people were deported. Record information includes name, date and place of birth, and address. The information for this collection is from the Adolf Loebel collection at the Leo Baeck Institute in New York.

Baden, Germany Emigration Index, 1866-1911

This index, compiled by the Badischen Generallandesarchive Karlsruhe, contains the names of over 28,000 persons who left Baden, Germany, between 1866 and 1911. Each entry includes the emigrant's name, residence or place of birth, and the year of departure. Wives were not indexed separately unless they traveled alone or with their children. Children who left with one or both parents were not indexed. Some cards state that the person whose name is listed was traveling with "five persons" without naming each individual.

Germany, Index of Jews Whose German Nationality was Annulled by Nazi Regime, 1935-1944

This is a collection of individual index cards of Jews who had their German nationality annulled because of the Nuremberg Laws of 1935. The records were filmed in 1959 at the Berlin Document Center and contain name, birth date, birthplace, occupation, and last address.
